The Cord Protector Flap (CPF) offers a simple, easy, yet effective way to protect your radio mic cord. With the radio worn underneath your fire gear and the cord pulled out above the zipper or clips, there is still an exposed portion of the mic cord. The CPF protects the cord while allowing for easy use. It is made from the same material as your fire gear.

Currently, the CPF is manufactured on Veridian/Lakeland fire gear. Ask your representative about the Cord Protector Flap and how to integrate it into your gear. Easily add the Cord Protector Flap to any Fire Gear during the manufacturing process. 

This flap will help protect your radio mic cord from heat, abrasions, and sharp objects while still allowing for ease of use of the mic cord. The CPF is made from the same fabrics/barriers as your designed fire gear, is sewn in place, and easily added during the manufacturing process.
